My work is centered around leading diverse constituencies towards resolving multi-dimensional challenges at the intersection of people, technology, and networks.
Ideate
- I have created new and innovative workforce, peer mentoring, college access and success programs from inception to execution, providing ongoing strategic support and operational guidance.
- I have raised more than $3mm in grants for non-profit organizations in programs spanning immigrant literacy, youth workforce development, domestic violence, and college access and success.
I can help you construct and translate a theory of change into an operational framework for execution, create a strategic vision and plan, and identify funding sources and raise funding to support its implementation.
Build
- I have built CRMs and other tools, models, systems that measure outcomes/KPIS as part of efforts to build a data-informed culture and employee mindset.
- I have skillfully built and maintained a broad network of deep relationships in the non-profit, government, workforce development, social enterprise, and college access and success sectors, including acting as the catalyst in developing and/or piloting innovative cross-sector collaborations.
I can help your organization build structures, processes, and systems for new programs from scratch, unifying disparate cultures and functional areas, including operations, finance, marketing, sales, social media, and HR. I can help you create and implement a partnership strategy that complements your strategic vision.
Grow
- I have cultivated and built transparent and data-informed program cultures, using leading-edge tools and technology to capture meaningful program metrics to deliver strategic growth and ongoing innovation.
- I have successfully coached and mentored hundreds of youth, college students and professionals in achieving their college, career and/or professional goals
- I apply a feminist approach to the creation of a Personal Governance Canvas with my coaching clients and delivered a workshop on “Making Better Decisions in Your Business Using a Personal Governance Framework” at the Entrepreneurial Feminist Forum of 2018
